On behalf of the NYC Department of City Planning, 13 graduate students studied the station areas of the future Interborough Express and made land use and infrastructure recommendations.

Undergraduate thesis on the limitations to community participation in coastal flood protection redevelopments, centered on the East Side Coastal Resiliency (ESCR) project. Research included dozens of public hearings and working sessions held by activists.
